1. Authorised business use
DWC HUB is provided for legitimate work carried out for DWC Property Care Ltd, D W Cleaners and their authorised operations. Access is personal, invite-only and may be withdrawn when it is no longer required.
2. Your account
You must keep your login details secure, use only your own account and report lost devices or suspected unauthorised access promptly. You must not attempt to access another company, team, user or restricted financial information without permission.
3. Accurate operational records
Job statuses, arrival and completion times, missed-visit reasons, notes, photos and documents must be accurate and work-related. Do not deliberately create duplicate, false or misleading records.
4. Location and device functions
Location, camera, maps and notifications may be used for routing, evidence, attendance, safety and operational communication. Device permissions remain subject to company policy and applicable law.
5. Messages and uploaded content
Do not upload unlawful, abusive, discriminatory, confidential or unrelated material. Customer information, photographs and documents must be handled only for authorised business purposes. Content may be reviewed or removed by administrators.
6. Availability and changes
We aim to keep DWC HUB reliable but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. Features may be changed to improve security, legal compliance or operations. Important work should not be left unsynchronised where the app indicates a connection problem.
7. Suspension and termination
Access may be suspended for security, misuse, employment or contractual reasons. Company records created through the platform may remain available to authorised administrators after an account is disabled.
